Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses
- Special arrangements may be required for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other remote locations
- We do not currently ship internationally
2. Shipping Methods & Times
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days (£4.99)
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (£7.99)
- Next Day Delivery: Order before 2 PM for next working day delivery (£9.99)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery only)
3. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM on working days are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched
4. Delivery Information
- A signature may be required for valuable items
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide safe place instructions
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Returns Policy
1. Return Period
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
- Sale items can only be returned if faulty
2. How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at contact@linkupsolutions.co.uk to request a return
- We will provide you with a return authorization number
- Pack the items securely with all original packaging and documentation
- Include your order number and return authorization number with the package

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- For faulty items, we will provide a free return label
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are only refunded for faulty items
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Items that have been used or installed
- Items without original packaging or documentation
- Sale items (unless faulty)
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
- Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt
- Report any damage or faults within 48 hours of delivery
- Take photos of damaged items and packaging
- Contact us at contact@linkupsolutions.co.uk with your order number and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense
